Give us a call! We can change your order, but only if you let us know right away. If you need to change your order after it has shipped, you will have to send it back and wait for an exchange, or buy another and return the first.
After your online order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing the purchase details. Your online tracking number will be emailed to you with your shipping confirmation.
If you haven't received your confirmation email, check your spam folder. Sometimes mail servers read a confirmation email as coming from a bulk mail source. If this continues, you may have to adjust your spam filters.
The only reasons we would cancel an order is if you asked us to, or if payment was declined. We would never cancel an order without notifying you more than once about a problem first.
